GENERAL
CONDITIONS FOR BAREBOAT CHARTERING

* Included in the Price:
- Insurance of the boat against damages to the hull, the equipment
and civil responsibility against 3rd party.
- Kitchen gas, motor oil and lubricants.
- Transport from airport to boat / Athens and vice versa if so desired
by the client.
2 * Gas oil tank will be delivered full, the client must
return the boat with a full tank or else pay for the missing fuel.
3 * The boat is delivered clean and in good working condition.
The customer must leave a guaranty before sailing which will be
given back to him on his return after a check out of the boat is
made and which must be in the same clean condition as when it was
delivered.
Expenses for the clean up of the boat are of 70 US.
Check in time : 17:00 , Check out time: 09:00
4 * Payment:
50% of the Net Amount on signature of contract. The remainder
on delivery of the boat to the customer. Credit Cards and personal
cheques are not acceptable.
The contract is confirmed upon reception of a telex/fax from your
part confirming transfer of the amount to our Bank: ANZ-GRINDLAYS
BANK PLC PIRAEUS - GREECE
5 * The cancellation of the Contract is stipulated in
Article 11 of the Charter Party.
However, our company as a principle will try its best to suggest
solutions that willbe convenient to both parties in order to maintain
good will for future co-operation.
6 * Two of the customers must have an attestation from a
Sailing club to confirm their nautical aptitudes.
7 * The Net prices sent to you are in principle those applied
until October. Any change will be notified immediately.
8 * In case of (Force majeure) the company reserves the right
to substitute another boat to the one initially contracted for.
In the case the boat is of an inferior category, we will reimburse
the difference.
9 * Any Sail Contract stopped or shortened by the customer,
for any reason, will not be reimbursed.
10 * The Charter Party used is the only one applied in Greece
and is approved by the Greek National Tourism Office. Our Company
guarantees the execution of the Charter.
